A round and delicate wine with fine bubbles. 

Distinctive aromas of white flowers with toasty and honey notes on the palate.

It’s an ideal wine for the aperitif at receptions and wedding.
Serve chilled 7-8°C.



Hillsides and terraces gently sloping clay-limestone soil. 

Mediterranean climate with an oceanic influence.

Vine age : 20 to 40 years on average.

Yields : less than 50 Hectoliters / hectare.

Direct pressing of the grapes.
Selected musts set for a first fermentation in inox vat under controlled temperature.
Blending and second fermentation in capped bottles on lattes for around 18th months in air conditioned cellars.
