Nose : Notes of very mature red fruits (blackcurrant), specific aromas such as light tobacco. With time, touches of menthol and eucalyptus.
Palate : Spirited wine with a nice volume that coats a great tannic structure, resulting in a strong personality. The finish, really long, induces blackcurrant and blackberry aromas with spicy touches.
Red grilled meat (lamb, mouton), tapas, cheese.
Cuvée Petit Bohneur Rouge can be drank at a temperature of 16° and kept 3 years.
