A fruity wine, aromas of ripe fruits (blackcurrant, blackberries) and redberries.Nose intensely fruity and subtly spicy, remaining fine and elegant.

Aperitifs, tapas and deli meats, grilled meats, beef cooked on plancha, raclette,
aubergine tian, ratatouille, goat cheese.
Region : Languedoc, Pic Saint-Loup.
Organic farming (in organic conversion since 2018), pruning in double cordon de Royat which enables the bunches to be nicely spread out.
Vines age : 17 years old.
Yield : 45hl/ha.
Soil : Rounded pebbles, pebbles store the heat during the day and release it at
night, which allows a perfect ripening of the grapes.
The soil ensures a good drainage and the pebbles limit the evaporation, which
brings to the wine freshness and elegance, with a nice acidity.
Fermentation 10 days / Maceration 15 days / Ageing 6 to 8 months in vat.
Production : 8 000 bottles.
