Old vines of Syrah 70%, Grenache 15%, Mourvèdre 15%.
Colour : Deep ruby with purple hues.
Bouquet : Intense plum, blackberry notes combined with juniper and soft spices
Palate : Juicy and elegant, it displays velvety tannins and has a long, polished finish.
Very food-friendly, this wine will pair perfectly with meat-based dishes, such as a stew, game or a juicy T-bone. It will also do very well with prosciutto or strong cheese. If possible decant half an hour before serving.

The terroir of Terre d’Argence lies along the Rhône River, at the door of beautiful Camargue. Its name stems from its many alder and olive trees quivering in Mistral wind, which give it silvery reflections. Standing on those hills amongst the round pebbles, our cuvee Terre d’Argence is characterized by its minerality and depth of aromas, the signature of a great terroir. Its fresh and long finish is due to the sea breezes that cool the vineyard at night.

Winemaking is carried in a traditional way, with a gentle maceration for 3 to 5 weeks. Then the wine is aged in concrete vats (60%), wooden vats (35%) and 5% in a barrel for the most structured plots. The limited use of barrels helps us to find the right balance between fruit and concentration in an elegant, silky blend. No fining, nor filtration.Winemaking without sulphites, then minimum added while bottling.
