Jeff Carrel, oenologist and wine maker, settled in Narbonne Languedoc after working in the Loire valley, Alsace and Bordeaux.

Today he works mainly in Languedoc Roussillon but also in Bordeaux, Beaujolais and Burgundy. He develops original ranges of wine at affordable prices: Simple wines but not simplistic.

Each wine has its own universe and its own story to tell. Making wines with a strong identity, with societal and environmental values, technical precision and personality, all the way from the vines to the bottle.

Jeff Carrel is an innovative wine maker who often sources his grapes from various sub-regions of Languedoc which allows him to try alternative varietals, blends and styles often labelled under the Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP), the less restrictive classification than Appellations d'Origine (AOC and AOP).

Such are, "Villa des Anges" a rosé made in the typical Provence style, but cultivated in Capestang Hérault, ,"Les Mamettes" a refreshing blend of Grenache gris and Carignan blanc, from the Catalan coastal vineyards and  "En Coteaux" a straight Pinot Noir from "secret" altitude vineyards of the Pyrénées mountains.

The Vin Doux Naturel "Rivesaltes Ambré" is a fine example of the ancient tradition of sweet wine from the Roussillon/Catalan region.
