Minimum order A minimum of six bottles per case of the same type of wine must be ordered. No mixed cases will be supplied unless they are a pre-packed range of selected wines as a special offer. Insurance Insurance is optional and is charged at 1% of the value of your order. Conditions and Regulations Under the liquor act 1997, you must be over the age of 18 years, to purchase alcoholic beverages. it is also an offence to deliver alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor cannot be delivered to premises which are unattended at the time of delivery Re-direction If premises are unattended at the time of delivery, we’ll do our best to redeliver once at no cost. Any orders requiring re direction to new address or directly returned to us from the address provided on the order, will be charged at the rate provided on the delivery charges schedule at the new destination rate.

Cyrano Wines will happily exchange any incorrect, damaged or faulty item upon notification within 14 days of receiving goods. When returned, items must be in re-saleable condition. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace using the same method of payment and priced as the original transaction. Out of stock and substitution If, despite our best efforts to make sure all listed items on our website are currently in stock, the item you have ordered is out of stock, Cyrano Wines will contact you quickly to offer an alternative item. If you are unhappy with the offered substitution we will cancel the order and complete a refund.

All prices are Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Product prices published on the website are only applicable to online purchases, and may vary from other forms of retail. Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts applicable. Prices are subject to variation, and current prices are displayed with the product. Goods are paid at the time of purchase, by Visa or Mastercard only.

An email notification and a tax invoice will be sent to you, listing the item(s) ordered, the total product and shipping charges, delivery address and shipping carrier, upon sending your order.

Insurance is optional and is charged at 1% of the value of your order.

Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the Goods passes to you upon cleared payment in full.
